The 14th annual International Human Trafficking & Social Justice Conference is Thursday, September 21 – Friday, September 22, 2017, at the University of Toledo Student Union. The high school workshops (high school students only) will take place Wednesday, September 20, 2017 at the University of Toledo.
Since 2004, this conference has been bringing together researchers, practitioners, and individuals with lived experience in an effort to lay the groundwork for future collaborative research, advocacy, and program development.
The trafficking conference has welcomed presenters from 31 states and 15 countries to educate social service, health care, and criminal justice professionals on human trafficking and the needs and risk of victims, as well as their customers, and traffickers.
