Sonya Quinn, after 10 years with Harbor Behavioral Health, has been with the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) since 2018. She focuses on working with community health agencies and consumers to help educate and find the best resources for mental health. She is passionate about helping others and understands you’re not your diagnosis and it does not dictate who you are. Sonya is a part of Lucas County Trauma Informed Care Coalition and serves on the advisory board. Sonya believes a healthy mind and body go hand-in-hand.
